Its upper construction is inspired by the 2006 GEL-KAYANO 12, featuring breathable open mesh underlays paired with Gothic armor–inspired overlays for structure and visual impact.

The midsole tooling is borrowed from the GEL-NIMBUS 17, combining FLUIDRIDE™ technology with dual GEL® inserts in the forefoot and heel to deliver a cushioned and responsive ride. A structured heel counter enhances stability, while a dope-dyed recycled sockliner mesh adds a sustainable finish.
